Cambridge

We have had a team of engineers working on ‘Project Atria’ in Cambridge for almost a year now, with only a small amount of work left to complete.
The spec for this project includes Thermaduct board, Proclad Sheeting, Isover ductwrap, Phenolic Section, Stucco Aluminium cladding & PIB.
Once complete, this building will be the largest cardiothoracic centre in Europe.

Nottingham

Gills have been working on this local project since Autumn 2019, installing insulation and trace heating throughout the site.
The spec for this project includes phenolic foam section, stucco aluminium cladding, thermally insulated jackets, mineral fibre section/wrap, PIR boards and Proclad sheeting.

We have been working on several South London schools over the past few months – these photos show the external insulation works recently completed on the Clapham school.
The specification: Thermaduct board enclosed in white Proclad sheeting & identified in accordance with DW: 144.

Chesterfield Hospital Phase 1

This project we carried out for N G Bailey Limited
– the pictures show External Chilled Water Pipework which has been insulated using Foil Rockwool section taped and enclosed using 24swg Stucco Aluminium Cladding riveted and identified to BS: 1710 – with mastic at all joints and removable aluminium boxes on all the valves and flanges (The valves and flanges are measured by Gill and manufactured on site at the Gill Head Office in Nottingham).
The contract value was circa £100k

This project we carried out for LX Engineering – the picture shows External Circular ductwork which has been insulated using Phenolic Flatwrap and White Ventureclad. The contract value was circa £50k

This project we carried out for Derry Building Services in Newark who are part of Bowmer & Kirkland.
This project was very fast track and the majority of the services insulated were at heights of 20 metres. The overall project value was circa £600k and the workmanship carried out by Gill was second to none, look at some of the photos attached.
